About Us
Foggy Ash 自由畫藝術創作室，能讓每個人都有機會去探索自己的創作潛能，讓參與者有機會重拾童年，用兩、三個小時忘掉日常生活的壓力。
自由畫無需顧慮任何創作規則或藝術技巧。參與者往往驚訝於他們能在身心放鬆的環境裏產生什麼樣的創作。
自由畫能改變個人的創造觀念和無形的限制，重新給予個人自發的、無意識的、直覺的表達機會。
創作室環境清靜，可讓自由畫創作人沉醉於由古典膽機演譯的樹琴、色士風(薩克斯風)、牛筋(大提琴)、阿根廷手風琴、西班牙結他等音樂氣氛中。
不經意地吸入一陣陣薰衣草的香氣。
或許是最能讓心情得到放鬆及能解除壓力的活動，實際上甚至比按摩還更好！
無論男、女、老、幼，自由畫能激發每個人的創造力，讓人們在派對式的非競爭性環境中，有機會探索創造的樂趣。
如果你從未嘗試自己畫畫，又從未學習過畫畫，對畫畫、畫展、設計展、聽音樂等從不過問，基本上你的右腦 功 能長期處於休閒狀態，直至終老，一生人只用了半個腦袋！根據神經科專業人士解釋人的左腦及右腦，分別掌管不同類別的功能。
右腦屬本能腦、潛意識腦；右腦功能集中於創造 、藝術、視覺 、直覺 、想像 、全面 、曲調 、看圖 、空間 及多元等方面。
左腦是邏輯推理腦、意識腦；左腦功能集中於語言、數學、邏輯、事實、推理、分析、閱讀、 書寫、文字、直線、細節等方面。
看電視雖然能夠刺激右腦的視覺功能，但電視機發出的色彩刺激，基本上全集中了在右腦處理，減少刺激左腦的功能，引致左腦處於休眠狀態，不但影響對語言、閱讀、分析能力的培養，而且左右兩邊腦之間的神經發展形成了失衡狀態，削弱了兩邊腦之間的互動性，可能會造成注意力不集中及學習出現障礙。
學畫畫是學習手眼協調的活動，可訓練視覺、知覺的能力，使眼精視線跟隨手部動作，以達至手眼合一，眼到手到，促進手眼協調。在學畫畫的過程中，能培養學生的觀察力增強得更加敏銳，分析力增強得更加仔細，臨畫的學習過程也是欣賞的過程，能培養學生有更高的品味與修維。 -
