dkchoieva本人於上星期做了白內障手術, 需外出洗頭。本人昨天（11月18日)約6點約到香港仔鴨脷洲海怡半島西商場這家Supercut的髮廊洗頭。這髮廊的服務不單上不專業，而且幫我洗頭那位叫 Mandy 既態度超差，用力抓我的頭，因她的指甲長，更扯我的頭髮，我一直沒有出聲，直至她沖頭時弄濕我的衣服，我便出聲告知她弄濕我的衣領。她以很差的態度反駁話我是一個難服侍的客人，並掉下毛巾完全沒有幫我索乾頭髮便走開，當時有兩位師傅及兩位客人在場。
這樣的服務態度，公司怎能容納呢？這是否代表這公司的專業？難怪一向顧客這麼少。有這樣一家髮廊在本商場，真令住客蒙羞。我已通知我的朋友，要留意這家髮廊，最好不要去光顧。大部份朋友回覆都知道亦有人曾經和我一樣經歷過這麼差的經驗。
我只想表達出，讓你們知悉，我亦不想知道你們會不會跟進，如何跟進。況且我以後永遠都不會再踏入這家髮廊了。
