About Art Studio
我們活在當下，科學昌明的二十一世紀，到處都有電腦在運行中，大部份類别的工作都可以由電腦輔助而有效率地完成，為何要重拾紙、筆來學繪畫？
繪畫時我們身處於安定平和的環境裏，生理狀態得以放鬆平靜，心跳放緩，血壓下降，呼吸減慢，能慢慢紓緩精神緊張及工作壓力，改善情緒控制。閒來揮筆習畫可使身心投入寧靜的心理狀態，可提升專注力及鍛鍊忍耐力，加強對事物的觀察及分析能力。
A.繪畫需觀察
在未開始落筆之前，先要對面前的主題物件或景物進行仔細觀察和分析，將所見景像記存在腦海中，然後考慮景像與畫紙之間的關係，進行取捨，在畫紙四邊畫上範圍記號，在記號範圍內按物件或景物的比例起草稿，避免將主題畫到外面去(出血)。
在這階段，我們從中鍛鍊腦袋進行了專注、分析、記憶、取捨、有計劃地做事。
B.配色需考慮
起草稿後，開始將適量的颜料放入調色盤內，按整體畫面的色調偏向而選取色系，而相反色系的颜料可準備少量，避免佔用調色盤空間及浪費資源，放颜料過程要小心，避免將颜料沾到衣服上。
在這階段，我們從中鍛鍊腦袋進行了颜色配搭、資源分配、細心處事、知行合一。
C.上色順序
透明顏料(如水彩)上色，留白開始，由淺至深色順序繪畫。
不透明顏料(如塑膠彩、油畫)上色，先處理深色，後處理淺色及高光，深色薄，淺色厚。
在這階段，我們從中緞練腦袋做事要有耐性，有條埋，按計劃一一去達成目標。
盡管電腦的普及化冲着這世代而來，但也無法取代源自感性的內心世界，以靈巧、自主的手法表達在畫紙上。 -
